-rep, its hurts to -rep since i had lifetime deluxe and never got banned using. they help me with every problem i had in minutes. but now when i’m trying to get compensation for it my ticket keeps getting closed and not answered. i have a sticky situation where i can only prove that i had normal lifetime color cuz i upgraded with gift card. but i still think i deserve help with my situation. osu1x is a hard working dude so i understand that tickets are not his top concern, but its been over a month now where i have tried to get help. hopefully this review will get sum attention. otherwise all val products are top of the line and sooooo ud.
